Pricing and billing

No. Hey, Jude does not charge a membership fee and does not operate a paid membership program. Any applicable treatment, clinical, pharmacy, or third-party charges are presented before authorization.

Treatment-related transactions and fulfillment are completed through the applicable third-party partners. Applicable charges and the responsible party are shown before authorization.

Applicable charges are presented before authorization. You will not be charged for treatment, clinical services, or pharmacy fulfillment without first being shown the applicable amount.

Some treatment plans may involve recurring treatment-plan billing for ongoing treatment or refills. When recurring charges apply, the cadence, amount, and responsible party are presented before authorization. Recurring treatment billing is not a membership fee.

If treatment is not clinically appropriate, it is not prescribed. A clinician declining to prescribe is the process working as intended. Charges for services already provided, such as a completed clinical evaluation, may still apply; see our Payment, Recurring Charges, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.

Yes. Where refills are scheduled, you can stop a future refill before it is processed, subject to the applicable cutoff and your clinical plan.

For health and safety reasons, prescribed and compounded medications generally cannot be returned once dispensed. Returns, refunds, or replacements for dispensed or shipped medication are handled by the applicable licensed pharmacy in accordance with applicable law.
