This Policy describes the information Hey, Jude handles and how information may flow to the independent clinicians, pharmacies, payment processors, and other third-party partners involved in providing requested services.

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect technical and usage information such as device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies, which we use to operate, secure, and improve the Platform.

5. Information Provided to Independent Clinicians
We may facilitate the transmission of your intake, assessment, and account information to the applicable independent licensed healthcare professional so they can evaluate you and make medical decisions. Those professionals handle the information they receive under their own legal and professional obligations and, where applicable, their own Notice of Privacy Practices.
6. Information Provided to Independent Pharmacies
When treatment is prescribed, we may facilitate the transmission of the information needed for dispensing and fulfillment to the applicable independent licensed pharmacy. The pharmacy handles that information under its own legal obligations.
7. Payment Information
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors or merchants, not stored by Hey, Jude. We may receive limited transaction information needed for account and administrative purposes.

When you contact support, we collect the information you provide to respond to and document your request.
9. How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure the Platform, create and manage accounts, facilitate the services you request from independent clinicians, pharmacies, and third-party partners, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, send administrative communications, and comply with legal obligations. Where permitted, we may send marketing communications you can opt out of.

We may facilitate the transmission of information to the applicable independent clinician, pharmacy, payment processor, or other third-party partner involved in providing requested services. We also share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, and communications), and we may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell your personal information for money.
