Program Description
If you opt in to SMS, Hey, Jude may send administrative notifications relating to your account status or information received from the applicable third-party partners. Depending on the program, messages may include account notifications, assessment status, administrative reminders, payment notices, clinician-message notifications, pharmacy fulfillment and shipment-status notifications relayed from the applicable pharmacy, service announcements, and support messages. Marketing messages are sent only where you have separately consented. Hey, Jude does not dispense or ship medication and does not manage product orders; pharmacy fulfillment and shipment are handled by the applicable licensed pharmacy or fulfillment partner.
Consent and Opt Out
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using the Platform or of any treatment. Message frequency may vary. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP.
Carrier Terms
Message and data rates may apply. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier, device, network availability, and applicable law.
Availability
SMS services are subject to availability, operational limits, compliance requirements, and applicable law.
